We know that sometimes things just aren't quite what you imagined or simply aren't suitable so if that is the case, send it back to us within 14 days of the date of purchase, unopened, unused and in the original packaging and we will supply you with a credit voucher to use on your next order.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Postage is non refundable for change of heart sorry.

Faulty Products

We back all of our products so if you are sent a faulty or incorrect product let us know as soon as possible so it can be returned to us for a replacement. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us so please, always feel free to email us.

Shipping

I aim to have orders promptly packed and dispatched but please understand I am also a busy community midwife with weird hours with births so need to work around this which can cause delays in dispatch of a couple of days. Thank you for your understanding. We carefully wrap and package each order and keep you up-to-date with dispatch emails to let you know your order has been sent. Wherever possible we have chosen to use sustainable, eco-friendly, or reused packaging.

If your parcel does not arrive to you within 1 week- please contact us immediately as compensation claims need be made within:

  • 14 days of sending if your claim is for non delivery of an item sent using a domestic postal or

courier service or

  • seven days of delivery if your claim is for damage or missing contents

This is VERY important as NZpost/Courierpost will NOT process any claims posted more than 14 days ago.
