ASHWAGANDHA ROOT Withania somnifera
Is well known to help the body during times of stress, low energy and convalescence.
ROSE PETALS
Directions Infuse 2 teaspoons of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.
